Location: Flexible working with up to 3 days a week at home. Place of work: Harpenden Police Station, Hertfordshire, AL5 4GZ
Position Type: Full Time (37 hours), Permanent
This is an exciting opportunity to have a key role in driving forward an evidence-based approach to policing in Hertfordshire. In this newly created role, the successful candidate will use their expertise in collaboration with partners to drive forward a programme of work that brings insight to crime patterns and trends in support of the Police and Crime Commissioner’s Community Safety & Criminal Justice Plan 2022- 2027.
The post holder will support the PCC in his scrutiny and assurance role by preparing key sets of data and analytical products for the Criminal Justice Board and independent scrutiny panels including Use of Force and Stop and Search.
We are looking for an individual who is highly numerate and has at least three years’ experience in performance analysis or similar role. The individual should be a good communicator and is able to analyse complex data sets and disseminate the findings to suit internal and external multi-disciplinary teams.
